I strive to provide the highest quality garments and art prints currently available whilst being environmentally conscious about the source and production of each and every product.

This has meant increased costs to provide the best materials and fair pay to labour workers. 

Also all garments are printed in a 4 areas with a minimum of 4 designs further showing more attention to detail. All prints/stickers are printed using the finest inks and paper.

You can head over to your account page and click on the orders section tracking information will be provided there. Alternatively you can check the confirmation email with the tracking/order number information to track your parcel.

Sometimes due to nature of printing products on order require different production times while we aim to produce all products within 72 hours the latest most orders are sent within 24-28 hours of order confirmation.

This results at times seperate packages for your order. However if this happens you will recieve the relevant order tracking information where necessary.

We currently only provide refunds or returns on goods that are damaged (on arrival), do not turn up or a manufacturing defect. While we strive to reduce all these issues will we provide a refund or exchanges for damaged delivered goods, manfacturing errors or deliveres not showing up.

We do not accept returns passed a total of 14 days of reciept of delivery for damages and we do not provide exhanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size or item. Unforuately if not addressed early in the ordering process the item will be made, checked and shipped at this point no amendments are allowed and nor are refunds. We hope you understand.

Sometimes unexpected changes or issues with shipping may occur. If your item has not been delivered within 30 days please contact us here. We will do our best to help track and escalate any issues. If we are unable to locate or delivery your parcel a full refund will be issued.

On the unfortuate case of there being an issue with your order. Please first contact us to see what can be done on our end and provide the upmost to help you have a great experience here at Caesar Pegasus.

We will refund your money via your original payment method. If you used any vouchers, coupons, etc.. they will be included in your refund. E.g. £100 with 10% discount code will reuslt in £90. The refund will be for £90 plus any postage (if applicable).

Refunds may take up to 7-14 days to fully reflect on your account. Message us if any issues occur.

As a small business we work with a limited selection of manufacturers around the world. Orders will be sent to our closet manufacturer to your location betting helping our carbon emissions whilst speeding up our delivery process.

Our main locations of production are the:

UK, Lativa, USA, Australia, Netherlands and Mexico. There may be instances where another location will be produced when orders are higher. Any major update in manufacturers will be sent out to all customers.

We strive to source the best facilities, manufacturers that follow a strict standard of environmental safety. All products are produced using the best methods and are made to order further reducing CO² emissions.

All of clothing (excluding crop tops they use 100% cotton) use 100% organic cotton. All our clothing is Vegan approved and use eco friendly inks/dyes. If any chances are made they will be available on the specific product description.

For prints, stickers. Recyable and eco friendly inks, dyes and paper are used where applicable.

All packaging is used with recycled and eco friendly materials to ensure both protection and CO² emissions.

The Apple and Google Pay buttons are available at the checkout under the paypal option. You will still be redirected to either payment channel securely. We just use Paypal as our third party service.
